Message dated June 29 and received June 30, stating the Governor                                    
signed the following bill and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled                                
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                    
                                                                                                    
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 224(STA) "An Act                                                   
          relating to a minor operating a vehicle after                                             
          consuming alcohol, to a minor refusing to submit to                                       
          chemical tests, and to driving during the 24 hours                                        
          after being cited for one of those offenses; and
